Licence in plain English
Songs made while subscribed to Pro or Premier are yours and carry commercial rights, which survive cancellation. On the free Basic tier Suno owns the songs and you may only use them non-commercially. Upgrading later is not retroactive. Distribution to Spotify/Apple Music via any distributor is allowed for subscribed songs; attribution not required.
