Monetising content is allowed. On the Artist Plan you can release songs to streaming services, but per Soundraw's FAQ the downloaded beat should be modified with your own vocals or instruments.
Ambient / meditation notes
No Content ID is a real limitation for YouTube-first ambient channels.
