AI-generated or AI-manipulated uploads are allowed if they follow SoundCloud's Community Guidelines and Terms (copyright, no impersonation, no misleading about origin). Creators covered by the EU AI Act's transparency rules are encouraged to note 'AI-generated or manipulated' in the track description.

  • Must comply with copyright, impersonation and other platform policies
  • No misleading listeners about authenticity, origin or creator identity
  • EU AI Act Art. 50(4): disclose in the track description where it applies
